Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and help them find the best solution.
Engage with the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
Maintain flexibility and openness to change in a fast‑paced environment to stay current with evolving technology.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed all sales goals.
Compensation
Base salary range: $40,000 to $63,000, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
Uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers, with salary increasing as sales goals are met or exceeded.
Weekly hours: 40
