We’re looking for a

Sales Manager

in Puerto Rico to lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive market penetration, uphold company standards, and ensure team effectiveness through strategic leadership, talent development, and collaboration with cross‑functional partners.

What You’ll Do

Managing a remote sales team, including setting, measuring, and tracking sales performance.

Setting individual revenue targets (quotas) and driving their attainment throughout the area while ensuring profitable sales.

Maintaining market awareness and staying in touch with market trends, including economic, environmental, and competitive forces influencing the market.

Enforcing standards, monitoring pricing practices, executing objectives, and holding the team accountable for performance.

Ensuring effective adherence to company policies, procedures, and the sales process.

Driving functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout the sector in partnership with Marketing.

Effectively utilizing authority for sales personnel decisions (staffing levels, hiring, termination, promotion, salary administration, etc.) in consultation with the Sector Leader and the VP of Sales.

Ensuring optimal team performance and capability by providing day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action.

Executing specific plans developed to drive market penetration.

Ensuring that the assigned sector attracts, develops, and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the marketplace.

Composing a monthly communication report.

Qualifications and Experience

5–7 years of direct business‑to‑business sales management experience.

Knowledge of the targeted territory and the Building Services & Construction, Manufacturing, and Utility sectors.

Excellent coaching, closing and mentoring skills; strategist; analytical.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience.
