The Role You can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Tissue Team as the Regional Sales Manager. This is a remote position that must be based in Phoenix, Arizona or Salt Lake City, Utah.
Manage a multi‑state sales territory in partnership with Leadership and other Key Sales Professionals.
Interact and build relationships with Cascades’ local branch personnel to drive sales.
Partner closely with Sales Managers and local representatives to identify opportunities to grow the complete Cascades portfolio of products.
Lead and facilitate regular sales meetings/training within the territory.
Schedule end‑user calls independently or in partnership with Customer DSRs.
Leverage knowledge within all verticals to include traditional distribution & wholesale.
Identify, secure, and grow regional and chain business to increase overall market share.
Attend regional trade shows/events as needed.
In conjunction with Sales Directors: Identify account targets, maintain/grow margins, and manage contract deviations.
Build strong relationships with customer contacts to keep Cascades “front of mind” for category needs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related B2B role in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors.
Experience with product demonstrations and solutions, and knowledge transfer.
Superior market and customer knowledge.
Strong understanding of the Mountain West Region market.
Ability to identify customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Ability to promote a positive company image and develop long‑term customer relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to travel 25‑30% of the time.
