Members Sales & Service Specialist - Morrison Ranch

Responsibilities & Duties
Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls. Always answer the phone, return texts, calls and emails the same day and escalated issues to management as needed.
Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, or intro class booking.
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of the studio, be it in person, over the phone, via text messaging or email.
Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with individuals.
Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and assigned KPI’s.
Achieve personal and studio-level sales goals.
Help maintain a clean and orderly studio.
Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio.
Smile a ridiculous amount.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email and text message.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Goal‑oriented with the ability to achieve membership, retail, and service objectives.
Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
Punctual, reliable and professional.
Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
Adaptability to a fast‑paced, diverse environment.
Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
Reliable means of transportation to studio and occasional offsite events.
Benefits & Perks
Starting at $15 per hour plus commissions and free classes.
Additional compensation from commission paid on sales.
Employee status (W2), not a contractor.
