Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist at our Reno, NV location. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and current members to develop and maintain relationships. Responsibilities include promoting memberships, offering fitness solutions tailored to individual goals, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role will also involve coordinating with the team to ensure a seamless experience for all members.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and team members
Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed membership and revenue goals
Experience with Training and guiding clients in understanding fitness options and memberships
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a high-energy environment
Previous experience in a sales or fitness-related role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent (required), Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
