Digital Sales Account Manager – Legal Day‑to‑day you will:
Ability to handle a large volume of client queries on a daily basis
Build a multi‑level relationship with key stakeholders within a business
Host meetings at all levels with customers
Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team
Always provide the highest level of customer service to our customers
Attend sales training to develop career path
Organise telephone or on‑site visits for your prospects
Qualifications
Experience in selling software digitally is preferable
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, with the ability to adapt to the constant growth
Strong understanding of business processes and practices
Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts
