Outside Sales Manager position with

Prosource , the Midwest region’s leading business technology solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities

Actively seek out and engage customers and prospects to source new sales opportunities, close sales, and achieve quotas.

Increase income and revenue by managing clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining the integrity and quality of technology products, solutions, and services.

Use multi‑channel prospecting techniques (cold calling, email, phone, face‑to‑face, LinkedIn) to grow the sales pipeline and close deals.

Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas for net new business, renewals, and current new business.

Utilize customer and prospect database to track sales activities and manage the pipeline.

Evaluate customer business needs to develop and present solutions that grow their business.

Effectively market and sell comprehensive technology products, solutions, and services while maintaining Prosource’s TotalPro Guarantee.

Maintain a customer‑first mentality and establish, develop, and preserve positive business and customer relationships.

Maintain technical and professional knowledge through training, meetings, and events.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.

Conduct quarterly business reviews to identify upselling, cross‑selling, and renewal opportunities.

Monitor contract performance, track sales activities, and provide accurate forecasts and reports.

Collaborate with internal teams—sales support, service delivery, technical experts—to ensure seamless implementation.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote products.

Qualifications & Requirements

College degree or equivalent work experience.

History of success (academics, sports, prior employment, awards, etc.).

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Documented history of successful quota attainment.

Polished appearance and demeanor.

Additional education in business technology or related field is an advantage.

Previous sales experience is not required but considered an advantage.

Valid driver’s license.

Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis for an employer without restriction.

Compensation Salary base plus commission.
