Regional Sales Manager
We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Texas.
Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
at Watkins Wellness provides consultative support to dealer customers within a designated territory, offering sales and marketing training to maximize their efforts as a spa/Sauna retailer, and proactively selling Watkins Wellness’ spa/Saunas’ and accessory products through our dealer channel. The assigned region for this position is Texas.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with existing and potential dealer customers by providing consistent value through product and sales training, business partnering, dealer visits, effective communication, and systematic follow up.
Provide sales and marketing training on a regular basis to our existing dealers to help build capabilities and increase product knowledge to drive overall business performance.
Meet annual sales targets and help drive sales for our various product categories.
Ensure our sales and marketing programs are implemented throughout the assigned region, coordinating with corporate Sales, Marketing, Dealer Support, and other internal staff.
Work with dealer customers and internal teams to problem‑solve any issue related to delivery, technical problems, business challenges, product concerns, or internal supply chain delays.
Actively manage the territory by planning dealer visits and route loops, preparing meeting agendas, and providing regular updates to the Sales team and management through reports and presentation slides. Maintain accurate records and submit required expense and status reports on schedule.
Represent Watkins Wellness and our dealer customers at local and national trade shows, conferences, promotional events, and more.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, Marketing or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Five years of experience in wholesale and retail sales. Experience with consumer products, independent retailers, and B2B channels preferred; experience in the Pool and Spa industry a plus.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Demonstrated ability to motivate others, increase revenues, and work as a team.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to prepare reports, presentations, charts, schedules, procedures, and other data as necessary.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels within the organization and work in a team environment.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 110 days/nights per year.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Hiring Range: $72,500 – $113,500
