A Day in the Life As a field-based professional, you will promote, sell, and service Medtronic’s CA Solutions products within your assigned territory. You will meet and maintain relationships with key accounts, conduct sales calls, provide technical support, and gather market intelligence.

Primary Responsibilities

Represent Medtronic CA Solutions as the point of contact for assigned accounts.

Manage overall relationship between CA and each account, including sales, service, clinical/tech support.

Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service Medtronic's CA Solutions products and services.

Implement quarterly sales plan and achieve sales goals and objectives.

Maintain knowledge of Medtronic CAS products and support sales efforts.

Coordinate customer activities at all meetings as assigned.

Complete administrative reporting such as expense reports, account profiles, competitive updates, and inventory log.

Provide field intelligence reports on competitive activity, market changes, distribution, pricing, customer preferences, and product features.

Manage time and assets cost‑effectively.

Utilize sales collateral to support promotional and territorial needs.

Train and educate customers to grow incremental business and expand market.

Maintain proficient product knowledge in all assigned product lines.

Advise customers of changes and developments related to CAS products and safety information.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum of 5 years of medical‑industry sales experience, including at least 3 years in field cardiology/ep electrophysiologist sales.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree.

Demonstrated success in exceeding sales performance goals.

Physical Job Requirements

Frequent travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and off‑site meetings.

Independent mobility for 8 hours daily; ability to stand, sit, walk, and interact with peers.

Occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds.

Ability to observe Cath‑Lab or OR procedures as needed.

Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary of $63,000–$65,000 (USD). Eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). Full‑time employees receive health, dental, vision, HSA, and other benefits listed above.
