Job Summary Arcadia Stones is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow sales of natural stone and quartz slabs in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role focuses on building strong relationships with fabricators, builders, contractors, designers, and architects while meeting sales targets through consultative selling and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sell natural stone and quartz slabs to fabricators, builders, contractors, designers, and architects

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Prospect for new business and grow assigned territory

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and quotas

Conduct showroom visits, slab presentations, and customer meetings

Provide product knowledge, pricing, and availability information to customers

Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Track customer activity, pipeline, and sales performance using CRM tools

Stay informed on product offerings, inventory, and market trends

Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows as needed

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in natural stone, quartz slabs, or building materials sales preferred

Strong understanding of the stone fabrication and installation process a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

Self‑motivated with a strong drive to meet sales targets

Ability to work independently and manage sales territory

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
