Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Bilingual Floating Leasing Agent to support our talented team of property management. As a leasing professional, you will sell and renew leases, generate qualified prospective residents/guests, tour the property, and prepare lease packages. You will also provide exceptional customer service with integrity.
Essential Functions
Residents/Guests Retention: Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents/guests, engage them through ongoing programs and events to increase satisfaction, brand awareness, referrals, and minimize turnover.
Leasing and Sales: Meet occupancy expectations by leasing to new customers, renewing leases for current residents, and increasing the rate of returning guests and referrals.
Compliance: Ensure lease paperwork and customer information is properly documented and protected, and adhere to local and state laws, including all Fair Housing regulations.
Floating: Provide leasing coverage for multiple locations with frequent travel required.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of sales or customer service experience in a related industry.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to conduct property tours and interact professionally with owners, investors, and residents.
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift/move up to 25 lbs.
Bilingual in Spanish – written and verbal proficiency required.
Floating Requirement: Ability to provide leasing coverage at multiple locations with frequent travel between assigned communities.
