Sales Coordinator – Altorfer Cat (Cedar Rapids, IA)
Hours : 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday–Friday (overtime as needed).
Responsibilities
Construction sales quoting, Cat Financial documents, sales paperwork, commissions, data tracking, and marketing analysis.
Prepare price quotes.
Collaborate with sales representatives and management to target new customers and increase sales.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous background in construction or agriculture equipment market preferred.
Strong organization skills and ability to manage a constantly changing workload.
Strong financial negotiating skills.
Proven leadership and strong customer‑service skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with others.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years and no major violations in the past 5 years). A motor‑vehicle report will be performed on the final candidate.

Physical Requirements This position is primarily office‑based, with occasional tasks requiring walking, bending, lifting up to 20 lbs, and wearing appropriate safety equipment (e.g., safety glasses or side shields) when needed. Some local travel will be required.
