Location:
Remote (Must reside on the East Coast)
Compensation:
$90K–$140K base (commensurate with flexible packaging experience) +
uncapped commission
Top Performers Earn:
$150K–$200K+

Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in flexible packaging (this is required)
5+ years of total outside/territory sales experience in manufacturing or industrial markets
Proven success managing large, multi-state territories
Comfortable traveling ~50% across the East Coast
Strong hunter mentality with the ability to manage and grow existing accounts
Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Self-directed, organized, and able to operate independently in a remote role
The Opportunity We’re hiring an experienced
Outside Sales Rep – Flexible Packaging
to own and grow a high-potential East Coast territory. This is a field-based role designed for someone who knows the flexible packaging industry, understands how to sell custom solutions, and thrives with autonomy.
You’ll manage established accounts while aggressively developing new business across multiple manufacturing sectors. You’ll have real support from inside sales and leadership—but no micromanagement. This is a long-term opportunity with a family-owned company that values performance, trust, and relationships.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow a multi-state East Coast territory
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
Identify, pursue, and close new business in flexible packaging
Sell a broad portfolio of custom and specialty packaging solutions
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, closing, and follow-upMaintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM
Plan and execute customer visits, plant tours, and onsite meetings
Communicate regularly with leadership on travel plans, opportunities, and results
Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales on regional growth strategy
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
Strong understanding of flexible packaging products and applications
Experience selling to both distributors and end users
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
High accountability, motivation, and results-driven mindset
