Business Account Executive (Bilingual Spanish)
A Spectrum B2B Outside Sales Account Executive will sell Spectrum’s internet, voice and video services to small businesses door‑to‑door in the assigned territory. This hunter sales role requires a proactive approach, achieving sales targets through prospecting and managing leads from initial contact to completion. The base salary plus an uncapped, industry‑leading commission plan rewards you for hitting and exceeding monthly goals. Generate leads and prospect within a defined sales territory, working leads from initial contact through field sales. Establish yourself in the market/territory and stay current on trends, competitor activities, and products. Apply the consultative methodology to determine client needs, quote and present the products/services that best align with their business challenges and priorities. Sell secondary services including custom hosting, desktop security, data security and storage, and other related services. Collaborate closely with an Account Coordinator for additional sales support and hand off customer service and non‑sales client inquiries to the Customer Service Department, allowing focus on selling. Maintain real‑time, accurate records of all sales and prospecting activity in Salesforce. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years in the telecom/technical industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience. Skills & Abilities:
Multi‑task and manage sales tasks and administrative duties to ensure success within required deadlines. Quick learner who can apply knowledge and function well in a team environment. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Driven, professional, and determined character. Valid state driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and car insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Outside sales experience in telecom, tech, or related field. Experience utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce). Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bilingual Spanish.
