Our team has a combined average of 33 years of roofing experience. We are comprised of talented and experienced professionals who are knowledgeable and able to answer your roofing questions. We provide a full range of roofing services, including commercial and industrial roofing, re‑roofs, leak repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and 24/7 service. We are currently seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative for our Lisle, IL office. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Job Functions

Prospect via cold calls, emails, door‑to‑door calls, networking and referrals

Follow up on direct mail campaigns

Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies

Establish rapport and develop long‑term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle

Partner with clients to establish their needs

Present clients with the most appropriate solutions

Assemble proposals and reports for clients

Submit all contacts and documentation in a timely manner

Maintain all sales activity in the Tecta CRM program

Follow up with clients on a periodic basis to ensure that their expectations are being met and to get referrals

Work with Service Manager to understand where/how to generate additional leads and referrals

Coordinate with service manager to develop sales strategies and, when necessary, to close deals

Manage the service projects won through your efforts

Perform other related tasks as may be assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Demonstrated success in sales and a strong record of achievement and results

Ability to apply negotiation skills to a variety of sales situations

3 years sales experience in roofing, construction or a related field preferred (Not required)

Ability to manage/qualify leads and close business through direct contact or over the phone

Excellent track record in developing relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust

Solid verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to climb ladders and walk/inspect roofs

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle

Ability to travel locally out of the office 80% of the time
