To strategically manage and grow customer relationships by serving as the primary commercial liaison between the company and assigned accounts. This includes driving profitable business through accurate financial analysis, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and program coordination. The Account Manager ensures alignment across internal departments and customer stakeholders, supports new business development, and maintains operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to phase-out, while contributing to sales KPIs and long‑term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Commercial Strategy. Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and long‑term agreements to secure new business and optimize profitability. Exercise leadership in the execution of the business sales strategy and act as focal point for all commercial discussions/negotiations.

Customer Relationship Management. Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with Purchasing and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and growth opportunities.

Program & Quotation Leadership. Oversee RFQ processes, pricing proposals, and volume planning across new programs, engineering changes, and service parts. Works with internal departments including engineering, program management, purchasing, respective business unit to proceed with quote process.

Financial Oversight. Support financial analysis, tooling recovery, and variance tracking to ensure accurate invoicing and cost alignment. Perform variance analysis and other related information to ensure accuracy and provide detailed reports for executives.

Cross‑Functional Coordination. Act as liaison between customers, business units, and internal teams to resolve issues and execute commercial strategies. Coordinate with the Program Manager, determine what, when and how to notify customer in the event of a milestone that is going to be missed, or a test failure occurred, etc. and ensure the proper communication internal and external.

Market Intelligence & Strategy Development. Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to inform strategic recommendations and business expansion plans.
