Client Account Services (CAS) Account Manager
As the CAS Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships to understand client needs with respect to alliant Talent’s India-based services. You will be the main point of contact for current and future CAS clients, collaborate with the India team on hiring and client placements, negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities for the India team.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison and serve as the main point of contact for CAS client inquiries and issues.
Build strong strategic relationships with clients to identify opportunities for alliant to support them further, e.g., collaborating with Enterprise Sales to explore Managed Services opportunities.
Analyze client hiring needs, coordinate with India recruitment teams to ensure successful placement and onboarding.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining service level standards.
Address and resolve operational issues, employee concerns, and other client challenges quickly.
Track key performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to improve client experience and alliant Talent service delivery.
Identify opportunities to expand business offerings to existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and partnership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Management, Communications, or HR).
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or account management.
Client-focused approach and ability to understand business needs; problem‑solving mindset.
Strong organizational and project‑management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to diffuse escalated situations with clients, maintaining a professional calm demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM software.
High sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment.
Candidate must reside or relocate to Houston, TX.
