You’ll receive hands‑on coaching, innovative technology, proven systems, and a supportive environment designed to help you succeed quickly. The role also involves collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the company growth.

Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Account Executive at Goosehead Insurance - Ashley Dolan Agency located in The Woodlands, TX.
Establish and grow referral partnerships with top real estate and mortgage professionals in the community
Work with clients to evaluate their insurance needs, compare coverage options across our carrier partners, and recommend tailored solutions to protect their largest assets and financial risks
Compensation Summary
The first year’s earnings opportunity up to $70,000 – $90,000 varying based on performance and sales production. You are eligible for renewal commissions which provides passive earnings and can exponentially increase your income earning potential. Top agents can qualify for additional incentives including an annual trip.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving abilities
Previous experience with sales and insurance tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, not required
