Inside Sales Account Executive - Automotive Software (B2B)

Manage and lead client relationships and facilitate brand initiatives by bringing forward new ideas and innovative solutions that enhance the client’s business, the client relationship, or the work.

Develop, manage, and track creative projects from forecast stage through actual execution.

Develop creative briefs working with account planning and senior leadership.

Manage project creative and production work starts.

Create project communication plans including emails, project roll‑out guides, and creative summary decks.

Provide guidance to other team members to ensure compliance and understanding of the creative and production process.

Track and analyze client’s business performance; use learning to drive the development of marketing and communications plans.

Manage internal and external communications including memos, conference reports, etc.

Develop competitive reports.

Ability to train and grow team members.

Manage billing activity.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Related field.

4+ years of relevant industry and advertising experience.

Excellent organizational, communications and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well as a team member and be collaborative.

Ability to prioritize tasks in an environment where guidelines and deadlines often change.

Decisive and effective problem‑solver.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience with both digital and traditional production projects is desired.

Motivated to further develop strategic thinking skills.

CPG experience is a bonus.
