We are a leader in the B2C financial industry, hiring a Product Manager, Sales for a full‑time position, onsite 2 days a week.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
3-5+ years as Product Manager/Owner focused on enterprise systems and sales enablement.
Mortgage and Salesforce experience required.
Proven track record partnering with sales to deliver impactful solutions.
Skilled in prioritization frameworks (WSJF, RICE, MoSCoW) to drive growth.
Product Ownership – Manage product backlog across Salesforce, telephony, and Loan Origination Systems; prioritize initiatives that drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with sales, marketing, IT, legal, and operations to align product strategy with business objectives and deliver scalable solutions.
Vendor & Integration Management – Lead system integrations via API planning and data mapping; manage vendor relationships to ensure value and reliability.
Sales Enablement & Innovation – Drive adoption through training, change management, and continuous evaluation of technologies to enhance sales productivity and competitive advantage.
Benefits
Salary range $130,000-$155,000 depending on relevant experience.
