Hunter – Retail & CPG Sales (Business Process Services) Location:

East Coast, USA

We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing Sales Professional to drive new business growth across the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. This individual will focus on selling our Business Process Services (BPS) offerings, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and developing a strong pipeline across enterprise retail and CPG clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in Retail & CPG to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy focused on BPS services, including customer operations, back-office, finance & accounting, supply chain support, analytics, and digital operations.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across the East Coast territory. Client Engagement & Solution Positioning

Engage C-level and senior stakeholders (e.g., CEOs, CIOs, COOs, CMOs, VPs of Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience)

Collaborate with solution architects, practice leaders, and bid management teams to shape compelling proposals.

Required Qualifications

7–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account acquisition focused on BPS, outsourcing, or digital operations.

Strong hunter mindset with proven success in acquiring new logos within Retail or CPG sectors.

Deep understanding of BPS solutions such as customer operations, F&A, supply chain support, catalog management, content operations, data/analytics, and digital services.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals ($1M+ ACV preferred).

Strong network of senior stakeholders in the Retail & CPG ecosystem.

Ability to travel across the East Coast for client meetings, events, and industry conferences.
