Lead Technical Recruiter I Finance/Banking Services Location: Miami, FL 33131 | Duration: 12 Months | Work Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm EST (Brazil hours) | Minimum onsite: 3 days | Start: ASAP

Compensation Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Languages Portuguese and English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for inquiries from high revenue clients via email or phone.

Read, analyze and determine appropriate handling and resolution of requests related to treasury, cash management, card and/or depository products.

Work with internal business partners to resolve client inquiries, issues, and provide technical support.

Interface with medium/high revenue clients and provide technical systems and software support for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems.

Translate business needs into formal Business Requirements deliverables and liaise between business units and software/hardware developers and vendors.

Participate in design, development, and implementation of complex applications/systems, often using new technologies.

Act as technical liaison between our systems and LATAM clients, training, educating, and supporting them.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years Banking/Financial industry experience.

1+ years of experience working with customers.

Critical thinking, relationship building, problem solving, quality assurance, time management.

Multitasking ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers.

Intermediate computer skills; MS Office proficiency.

Ability to conduct discussions with clients confidently.

Excellent communication skills, able to present to an audience.

Self‑motivated, able to work unsupervised, manage own time, know when to elevate issues.

Comfortable receiving feedback and coaching, adapting to change and learning new technology/processes.

Technical support or banking services experience (3+ years preferred).

IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience.

Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish a plus.
