Regional Sales Manager – Washington / Idaho / Montana

Sonova is committed to providing advanced hearing solutions and an outstanding customer experience. We seek a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, deepen customer relationships, and expand the Unitron hearing aid brand across Washington, Idaho, and Montana. Purpose of Role

The Regional Sales Manager partners strategically with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to achieve revenue, market share, and repeat business. This traveling sales position requires up to 70% travel, including overnight trips. Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Conduct face‑to‑face sales presentations and maintain a minimum of 60 sales calls per month. Achieve individual revenue and unit budget goals through consultative sales that focus on customer needs. Guide new customers through an onboarding process that builds loyalty to Unitron. Continuously innovate to meet customer goals and drive market expansion. Leverage data and market dynamics to inform decision-making. Manage appointments and travel to maximize logistics and expense efficiency. Perform additional duties as required to meet territory objectives. Education and Skillset

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology preferred. 3+ years’ experience in a clinical setting, medical device sales, or hearing aid sales preferred. Prior hearing aid industry experience is strongly desired but not required. Strong time‑management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability to work with Unitron hearing aid programming software. Basic math skills and analytical problem‑solving ability. Effective verbal and written English communication and presentation skills. Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite) with a strong technical aptitude. Minimum Internet Connectivity

A minimum of 200 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload internet speed is required to support remote/hybrid functionality at Sonova. Benefits and Perks
