Digital Sales Coordinator – FOX44 (WFFF-TV) / ABC22 (WVNY-TV), Colchester, Vermont

Position Overview We are looking for an energetic Digital Sales Coordinator to join our digital sales team. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy and follow-through of orders related to digital advertising campaigns, supporting campaign setup, management, and reporting for the sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prioritize and track deliverables, manage project timelines, deadlines, and requests.

Participate in meetings, take notes, and disseminate information to relevant staff.

Assist with special projects as needed, performing product, industry, and competitive research and documenting findings in concise format via PowerPoint, Word, or Excel.

Work closely with partner departments to gather and organize information.

Develop and maintain good working relationships with others across the company.

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role; experience in Digital Ad Ops, Ad Tech, Media, or Advertising is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills, including professional phone manners and in‑person presence.

Adaptability to competing demands with a commitment to high‑level customer service and responsiveness.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.

Highly resourceful team player capable of working effectively independently.

Self‑starter with strong decision‑making capability, emotional maturity, and the ability to follow through without supervision.

Strong data entry and analytical skills.

Forward‑looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

Professional polish and customer interface ability.

Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels.

Experience with PowerPoint a must; familiarity with Excel and Google Docs.

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
