Responsibilities & Qualifications
Run pre‑set warm leads, with no cold calling or door‑to‑door knocking.
Self‑generate leads for extra commission.
High earning potential – most Sales Representatives earn an average of $80,000–$120,000 in commission per year.
Paid training (3 weeks) – graduate with a new skill set.
Weekly payment through direct deposit.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Current vehicle and vehicle insurance.
Energetic, friendly, and collaborative demeanor.
In‑person attendance at all sales training and meetings.
