Achieve sales and gross profit goals through participation in key sales initiatives
Engage with dental laboratory customers through face-to-face interactions and account management
Proactively seek new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share for lab consumable products
Collaborate with tele-sales and hi-tech team members to maximize account opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
0 to 3 years of professional sales experience; some sales experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills

Previous dental or lab sales experience
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Strong negotiation skills and proactive sales approach
