Energy Solutions Regional Sales Manager
Join our team as an Energy Solutions Regional Sales Manager at Toyota Material Handling.
Role The ESS Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving the success of Energy Solutions sales and training initiatives across assigned Raymond Accounts Managed Inc. (RAMI) and Solutions and Support Centers (S&SCs). This role involves managing the ESS sales pipeline, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring key accounts move effectively through the sales cycle to closure.
Functioning as both a power consultant and a strategic business partner, the RSM supports and trains sales and service teams at RAMI and S&SCs, works closely with senior leadership, and contributes to sales forecasting, staff development, and overall promotion of Raymond’s Energy Solutions offerings.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee a moderate portfolio of mid‑size to large S&SCs and RAMI accounts, spanning multiple territories with greater complexity and higher revenue potential.
Manage and grow the ESS sales pipeline within assigned accounts, ensuring progress toward closure and alignment with sales targets.
Act as a trusted energy consultant by providing training, sales support, and technical expertise to dealer teams.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Sales, Service, Marketing, Leasing, Rental, and Used/Renewed divisions to meet “Dealer of Distinction - ESS” criteria.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within assigned accounts.
Develop and execute strategic business plans for territory growth, including forecasting, territory planning, and power program initiatives.
Conduct facility power audits and provide customized energy solutions based on data insights.
Oversee quoting and proposal development for ESS products and services.
Maintain accurate CRM data to support reliable sales forecasting and reporting to internal and vendor partners.
Deliver quarterly business reviews with dealership executive teams.
Represent Raymond at industry events, promotions, campaigns, and trade shows.
Assist in the development and rollout of new energy products and services.
Provide ongoing sales, service, and technical training to internal and external teams.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in motive power or material handling industry.
Strong familiarity with the motive power space and material handling solutions is essential.
Ability to travel as required, up to 75%.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This role is fully remote in an eligible state within the United States; a reliable internet connection and passion for the work are required.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: Salary
– $118,000 – $152,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
