About the Role The role involves developing major overseas clients in various sectors, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while enhancing the company's market presence.

Responsibilities

International Key Account Development:

Develop major overseas clients in home appliances, industrial fans, industrial water pumps, BMS (Battery Management Systems), and LCM (Liquid Crystal Module) sectors, including prospective client identification, needs analysis, business negotiations, and contract execution.

Sales Performance Management:

Develop individual sales plans and achieve annual/quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain relationships with existing key accounts, understand client business requirements, and provide customized sales solutions.

Market Presence & Networking:

Participate in international trade shows, industry summits, and conferences to build client networks and enhance company brand visibility.

Market Intelligence:

Collect client feedback and market intelligence to provide product improvement recommendations and strategic market insights to the company.

Qualifications

Language & Mobility:

Proficiency in English as a working language with willingness to accept long-term overseas assignments. Knowledge of additional languages (Italian, German, Thai, etc.) is highly preferred.

Industry Experience:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the electronics industry with comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics and market conditions.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of home appliances, industrial fans, industrial water pumps, BMS, and LCM technologies, or possession of relevant client resources is preferred.

Professional Competencies:

Strong independent problem-solving capabilities with excellent adaptability and crisis management skills.

Personal Attributes:

Passionate about sales with strong sense of responsibility, competitive drive, and results-oriented mindset.

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in sales planning and execution.

Preferred Skills

Experience in international sales.

Knowledge of additional languages.

Familiarity with market analysis tools.
