Omni Fiber offers a generous signing bonus of $5,000 for new hires who meet performance targets within the first 90 days. Overall compensation is uncapped, with a base salary and commissions that target an annual total of $87,000 to $105,000.

About the Position The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door-to-door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face-to-face and in-home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. The position covers the Michigan Region – Midland, Bay City, and Saginaw. Territories may shift based on business needs. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners and showcase our products and services.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door in assigned territories.
Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and maintain strong customer relationships for ongoing satisfaction.
Work Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Hours may change due to weather or seasonal adjustments.
Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices during sales activities.
Qualifications
Strong desire to succeed in a quota‑driven sales role.
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state‑required auto insurance policy.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities.
Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
Use of a personal vehicle is required. Travel within your territory is reimbursed at the existing IRS rate; travel outside your territory is also reimbursed per mile.
