Design Consultant – Outside Sales Representative (Paid Training) located in Cleveland, OH. The schedule is a rotating schedule Monday‑Friday, Tuesday‑Saturday: weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; weeks 3–4 Tues–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. Each sales appointment lasts about two hours. The role includes attending weekly team meetings and training workshops, guiding customers through a personalized one‑call close sales process, and utilizing warm and pre‑set leads – no cold‑calling or lead generation. Key Responsibilities
Follow the rotating schedule and maintain availability during assigned hours. Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops. Guide customers through the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements to purchase products and services. Close sales using a one‑call process. Minimum Requirements
Ability to connect quickly with anyone in any environment. Competitive nature with a drive to succeed. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous sales experience is preferred; recent graduates and individuals from retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles are encouraged. Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two‑factor authentication. Benefits
