About This Role
Deliver interactive sales presentations on products and services to homeowners.
Apply consistent effort and a positive attitude to meet sales goals.
Set and track individual sales targets.
Promote company products and services.
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
Work a full schedule, including weekend and holiday flexibility.
Key Qualifications
Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Able to work evening and weekend appointments.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
Preferred: In‑Home Sales or Business‑to‑Consumer Sales experience (e.g., Windows & Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, HVAC, car sales).
Bonus: Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
Goal‑driven and capable of working independently.
Criminal background check required.
