Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Hialeah, FL, with some opportunities to work from home. The Sales Specialist will play a critical role in driving sales by building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential leads, and presenting tailored solutions. Day‑to‑day tasks include collaborating with the sales team, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to sales strategies and training efforts to achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and ensure a positive experience
Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in Sales Management and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Capability to provide Training and onboarding support to team members
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales software, and related technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the Audiovisual, Broadcast, or Entertainment industries is an advantage
