ClearPath™ Private Client Services
practice is growing, and we’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Executive who thrives on relationships, clarity, and high-touch service. You’ll work with affluent and high-net-worth families, managing complex personal insurance portfolios while delivering concierge-level guidance and proactive risk management.
This role is for you if you:
Enjoy being a trusted advisor—not a transaction processor
Have 3–5+ years of personal lines or private client experience
Are comfortable navigating HNW carriers and elevated risk profiles
Take pride in responsiveness, retention, and doing things the right way
Hold a Kansas P&C license
What you’ll do:
Manage homes, autos, umbrellas, valuables, and specialty risks
Design coverage based on lifestyle, exposures, and goals
Drive retention through proactive reviews and renewal stewardship
Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal teams
Help shape a growing Private Client division built to scale
