As a Lead Sales Associate, your primary job is to manage the studio and help people realize their own goals through our unique membership model of practitioner‑assisted stretch.
Job Summary As the Lead Sales Associate, you are the face of Stretch Zone and the leader within your studio. You assist all members and guests as needed, establish relationships to support member growth and retention, and manage a successful studio. The LSA is responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of all studio areas, driving membership sales, orchestrating superior customer service, and meeting revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering the phone, and addressing member concerns.
Lead and coach Sales Associates, holding them accountable for daily operations and monthly goals.
Drive member retention by following daily operation guides, delivering great customer service, and consistent follow‑ups.
Lead by example, going above and beyond what is asked and supporting the team daily.
Track KPIs to understand studio performance and assist the Regional Manager with key sales metrics.
Promote the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching by hitting sales goals, encouraging add‑on sessions, and actively improving you and your Sales Associate’s sales skills.
Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals and building positive, professional relationships with members and teammates.
Ensure operational excellence.
A Day in the Life
Open the studio, ensure everything is clean and organized, review appointments and goals with the team.
Provide coaching, check in on performance, and solve problems as the go‑to resource.
Assist with onboarding and training new Sales Associates.
Act as a dependable leader when the Studio Manager is off‑site.
Close the studio, celebrate team wins, and prepare for a strong tomorrow.
Requirements
Experience in a customer‑facing or sales‑focused role preferred.
Prior experience supervising or supporting a team preferred.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
Passion for health, fitness, or wellness.
