Join Midwest Veterinary Supply as an Inside Sales Representative in our Norristown warehouse. This 100% onsite position requires strong customer service, order processing, and sales skills.

Job Summary Provide exceptional service to veterinary clinics and internal customers by managing orders, promoting products, and resolving inquiries quickly. Enhance the relationship between Midwest Veterinary Supply and its clients.
Essential Job Functions
Take phone orders from veterinary customers, sales representatives, and manufacturer reps; enter them into the system; cross‑sell and upsell using the Business Builder format.
Review all internet orders for product and promotion opportunities; pursue upsell opportunities.
Make outbound calls to clinics to solicit orders, present new products and promotions, and cross‑sell using Business Builder categories.
Prospect new clients and reactivate accounts using provided lists; update all necessary paperwork.
Handle problem‑solving tasks including credits, returns, price quotes, special orders, address changes, sales blitz tallies, DEA certificates, and state licenses.
Process mail, fax, and email, and respond to voicemails from internal and external customers regarding products and promotions.
Conduct research for clinic inquiries; send product information via fax or mail as requested.
Attend required training meetings, webinars, and conference calls.
Complete additional duties, assignments, and special projects as requested.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year in a veterinary or customer‑service role.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Strong listening and verbal communication skills with diplomacy and professionalism.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Capability to work accurately with detailed information.
Willingness to learn a broad product line.
Basic computer skills, including data entry.
Mental & Physical Demands
Strong attention to detail for order accuracy.
Fast‑paced work with frequent deadlines and time‑management requirements.
Continuous customer contact and collaboration with coworkers.
Potential for stress from problem resolution.
Frequent use of hands for writing and keyboarding.
Regular computer monitor use requiring close vision.
Telephone use requiring listening and speaking skills.
Work at a desk throughout the day.
Occasional off‑site meetings, possibly involving air travel.
Work duties may be modified to accommodate disabilities.
Equipment Used Typical office equipment: computer keyboard, terminal, telephone, fax, and copier.
Work Environment Office setting, Monday through Friday. Work may exceed 40 hours per week, with rare weekend availability. Occasional local or overnight travel may be requested.
