Account Manager – Service-Based Client Accounts (IT/Professional Services Focus) Las Vegas, NV

What You’ll Do:

Manage a book of business that varies in size from SMB to enterprise , with workload tailored to your capacity.

Serve as the

go-to advisor for clients , leading regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, and status updates.

Proactively address client concerns and align solutions with evolving needs.

Identify opportunities to expand services through upselling and cross-selling.

Collaborate with internal teams to design, present, and renew client solutions.

Track retention metrics and develop strategies to exceed client satisfaction benchmarks.

Present performance reports and business insights to maintain client trust and confidence.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of account management experience, ideally in IT, MSP, or professional service environments.

Strong relationship-building skills with a nurturing, client-centric approach.

Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and upsell services.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.

Service-industry background preferred (financial services, advertising, marketing, logistics)

No tech background required—but must be tech-savvy.
