We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven

National Account Executive

to create and grow relationships with key national clients. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple regions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in account management, business development, and consultative selling at the enterprise level.

Account Management & Growth

Create and expand relationships with major national accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.

Develop tailored account strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and long‑term partnerships.

Establish a territory plan that aligns with the Sales goals and service availability in assigned geographical regions.

Drive national sales performance by achieving or exceeding revenue and profitability targets.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to align with company goals while meeting client needs.

Identify upselling opportunities to grow account value.

Strategic Planning & Execution

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, finance) to design solutions that deliver value to clients.

Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reporting to leadership.

Client Advocacy

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and support.

Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining strong, positive client relationships.

Champion client needs internally to ensure high‑quality service and product delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in national account management, enterprise sales, or business development.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi‑million‑dollar sales targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to build executive‑level relationships and influence decision‑making.

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and skilled at managing complex sales cycles.

Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
