Enterprise Sales Account Leader – Industrial Solutions Responsibilities

Lead Cordant sales solutions to an Oil and Gas major and a Petrochem company.

Create full‑scope plant asset management solutions for North America Enterprise Accounts and coordinate global account strategy development.

Develop and drive strategies that position Industrial Solutions as the provider of choice or partner to achieve value in partnership with the end user.

Build the Enterprise Vision with accounts to support the sales team in meeting order goals for the region and by market segment.

Develop strong CXO relationships and open doors to economic decision makers.

Negotiate enterprise‑level agreements, ensuring partnership with global and regional functions for pricing, cyber security, network, and associated terms and conditions.

Partner with account managers to influence suppliers—including EPCs, MACs, and OEMs—through early engagement with project teams for product, service, and system solutions.

Provide technical expertise to Sales and Commercial Operations for selecting, implementing, and developing competitive product applications and solutions.

Coach and support Region Managers and Sales Managers.

Guide the selling process from prospecting to closure.

Coordinate with the sales force to make customer calls, presentations, and participate in bid meetings as required.

Assess competitive system performance and hardware evaluation throughout the entire bid process.

Support regional Sales Managers in responding to technical questions about products and systems.

Collaborate closely with OTR teams to meet deliverables and resolve customer challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Minimum 15 years of sales experience in an industrial market (Power Generation, O&G, Petrochem), including OEM customers.

Availability for up to 25% travel.

Understanding of modern maintenance methodologies (PM, PdM, RCM, etc.) for plant electrical and mechanical equipment.

Experience selling software and solutions to oil and gas companies.

Experience leading regional sales teams.

Collaboration with solution architects and product managers.
