Position Overview As a Sales Representative at GCPD, you will identify, pursue, and engage prospective healthcare clients. You will deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs, drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase profitability. This role requires a proactive, strategic approach to sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting healthcare excellence through professional development services.

Key Responsibilities

Become an expert in GCPD services and resources.

Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert opportunities. Own the full sales cycle.

Contact new customers to understand needs and position solutions effectively.

Emphasize product features and demonstrate how they solve customer problems and generate a return on investment.

Forge professional relationships, build rapport, and maintain ongoing communication.

Consistently follow up with contacts to advance deals.

Be fully knowledgeable of prices, terms, and sales agreements.

Maintain accurate contact lists and update customer interactions regularly.

Meet agreed-upon sales goals within established timelines.

Coordinate sales efforts with team members for alignment and efficiency.

Analyze territory and market potential; track sales metrics and status reports.

Provide management with insights on customer needs, challenges, interests, and competitive activity.

Stay abreast of best practices and promotional trends in healthcare and professional development.

Continuously improve through feedback and professional development opportunities.

Represent GCPD at industry trade shows.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

3‑4 years of experience selling learning management systems to individuals or organizations.

Existing network with Health Care CNOs, CHROs, CFOs is preferred.

Knowledge and sales consulting skills within the healthcare space.

Proven quota attainment as a sales representative.

Strong business acumen.

Tenacity.

Prioritization, organizational, and time‑management skills.
