FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our company is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Key accounts in the specialty channel, focusing on outside sales for our Karat Packaging and Teazone boba tea product lines. You will be tasked with building and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving sales revenue in your assigned territory.

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the specialty channel, focusing on outside sales for Karat Packaging and Boba tea product line.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales target and business goals.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Build a pipeline of new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other sales prospecting activities.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work to upsell and cross sell products.
THE QUALIFICATION / CRITERIA:
Least 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend trade shows and industry events.
Must maintain healthy prospect pipeline.
SKILLS / ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to influence.
Multitasking is must.
Bilingual (English + Mandarin / Spanish) is plus but not required.
