Base salary plus bonuses, residual income, expense allowance and incentive compensation. First‑year on‑target earnings range from $102,500 to $117,500. What You’ll Do
Identify small and midsized businesses to offer Insperity’s HR services. Call on business owners virtually and in person to explain how our solutions address their challenges. Engage your network and build lasting partnerships. Achieve sales goals set by management. Complete bid paperwork for new client contracts. Facilitate the new client onboarding process. You Are
Consultative, building relationships and recommending solutions based on client needs. Motivated by a substantial payoff, including long‑term residual income. Business savvy, with entrepreneurial spirit or experience running your own business. Comfortable advising C‑suite executives professionally. Net‑working, building a robust pipeline of business executives. Salary & Benefits
First‑year OTE range: $102,500–$117,500. The role includes uncapped commission and residual income program. Base salary ranges from $82,500 to $82,500 (see note above). Compensation varies based on experience, skill set and location. Equal Opportunity Statement
