Overview SaaS Account Executive – Full closing inside sales role.

On-site in Lehi, Utah . $60K‑$65K base salary + uncapped commission = $110‑125K OTE.

Naviron is a fast‑growing SaaS startup helping restoration companies optimize operations, increase efficiency, and drive profitability with their business‑management software.

We're building a high‑caliber team and look for a driven, experienced AE to hunt and close new business and achieve aggressive growth goals. This role is for someone who thrives in a high‑growth startup environment and competitive landscape.

What you'll be doing:

Execute daily outbound prospecting activities to generate new business using various channels, including cold calls, emails, SDR and marketing leads, referrals, etc.

Build and effectively manage a robust sales pipeline

Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution‑based consultations

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What we're looking for:

3+ years of experience in a closing role selling a SaaS solution

Experience in the home or field services industry is required

Comfortable with outbound cold calling; must have strong listening and probing skills

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM, Salesloft, HubSpot, etc.

Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, competitive, and dynamic environment

Compensation

$60‑65K base + uncapped commission
