A key member of our team is the Retail Wireless Sales Specialist who works directly with customers, listening to their needs and ensuring we provide a product‑based solution. Our Retail Wireless Sales Specialists are motivated by delivering a world‑class experience, where customers leave with a smile on their face and a working phone in hand.
Compensation & Schedule Retail Wireless Sales Specialists earn between
$17–$19 per hour
plus uncapped commission. This position is classified as modified full‑time, with a schedule ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week; most employees work an average of 35 hours.
What You Do In This Role
Brand Ambassador – Maintain a welcoming store environment and embody the brand’s outstanding customer service. Bring your authentic self to work each day, reflecting our core value that happy employees make happy customers.
Relationship Builder – Build and nurture relationships with guests, teammates, and field leadership. Listen actively, initiate conversations, and provide solutions.
Product and Services Enthusiast – Receive comprehensive training on our products and services, translating technology into real‑world conversations. Attend meetings, training sessions, and collaborate with the team to ensure you possess the knowledge needed to serve guests effectively.
Account Management – Set and manage guest appointments, investigate and resolve account issues, and determine the best plans and offers for each guest. Document customer accounts with relevant notes and details.
What You Need To Win In This Role
Education and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
Positive attitude and ability to prioritize the customer.
At least 6 months of customer service experience in a retail setting (bonus if in wireless).
Experience operating a POS system with accurate transaction processing.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Schedule and Attendance:
Flexibility, including weekends.
Retail store open 6–7 days per week; hours vary 9:00 am–6:00 pm most days.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items; standing for 6–8 hours.
Movement around the store to assist customers and maneuver merchandise.
Regular store cleaning, including display cases and shelves, to keep the environment safe and clean.

Minimum Salary: $36,750
Maximum Salary: $46,200
Competitive base pay with potential for shift differential, overtime, and bonus pay.
