The Role The Sales team drives revenue and ensures our platform reaches the students and teachers who need it most. In the U.S. market—our largest growth opportunity—you’ll build a new business from the ground up. If you thrive on autonomy, innovation, and massive impact, we’d love to talk.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, including prospecting, demos, and multi‑threading across district stakeholders.

Represent Magma Math at conferences and in‑person meetings with district leaders, superintendents, assistants, directors of curriculum, CAOs, and directors of math.

Understand how districts think about math achievement, funding, and teacher support, and link those goals to our solution.

Collaborate internally with your team and cross‑functionally with district success managers, marketing, and product to share insights and continuously refine our approach.

Think like an owner: if you see something broken, fix it. We’re not just selling software; we’re building a company.

Qualifications

You care deeply about public education and believe math is a gateway to opportunity.

You have sales experience (bonus if it’s in edtech).

While we typically hire people with 4+ years of software sales experience, we’re open to anyone who proves they’ll succeed.
