Previous experience in sales (insurance, finance, real estate, or related fields).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and ambitious to grow professionally.
Comfortable using digital tools for sales management.
Willing to obtain a life insurance license (licensing assistance provided).
Flexible availability and able to work independently.
Benefits and Compensation Base pay range: $50,000 – $150,000 per year.
Licensing support is provided for candidates not yet licensed.
