Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Fort Smith, AR, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and offering customized shipping solutions to meet customer needs. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new leads, managing client accounts, negotiating rates, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments. The ideal candidate will work proactively to meet sales targets and uphold the company’s commitment to top‑notch customer service.
Qualifications
Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain management, or related fields
Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation
