Impact You’ll Make As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth by building and expanding strong customer relationships within the plumbing industry. You’ll work independently in the field while staying closely connected to a supportive, high‑performing team committed to delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This role empowers you to take ownership of your territory, identify opportunities, and generate meaningful sales results.

Your Background
Minimum 2–3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in plumbing, building products, construction, commercial, or a related trade.
Proven success in achieving sales targets, growing accounts, and driving revenue within a defined territory.
Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships with a consultative, solution‑focused approach.
Valid Driver’s License.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.
Operation of Office Equipment – Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, Speech Clarity, and Speech Recognition.
Written Communication Skills – Writing, Reading and Written Comprehension, and Written Expression.
