Tenant Coordinator

We are seeking a Tenant Coordinator to work with in‑house engineering staff and landlord representatives to facilitate repairs and maintenance for our off‑campus portfolio of clinical, research, and administrative office space.
Job Responsibilities
Recordkeeping – maintain monitoring and maintenance records, keep vendors and price quotes up to date.
Safety – identify unsafe conditions, communicate hazards to supervisors, and respond to emergency calls after hours and on weekends.
Floor Inspections – conduct daily inspections of building and systems, coordinate with building staff as needed.
Office Maintenance – keep offices and common areas clean and orderly, sweep and mop hallways and stairs, empty trash containers regularly.
Heat and Hot Water Systems – monitor heat and hot water systems in off‑campus properties, notify building management of problems, ensure timely repair by vendors.
Repairs – direct assignments for appliances and fixtures, respond promptly to phone calls and pages from supervisor or on‑site staff, keep supervisor advised of activities and potential problems.
Work of Contractors – monitor all work performed by outside contractors (painters, cleaners, HVAC), ensure quality standards are met, inform supervisor of progress or discrepancies.
Maintenance of Equipment/ Supplies – monitor equipment maintenance, ensure adequate inventory and usage of supplies, oversee clean and safe equipment, accept and sign for deliveries when complete.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
3 years of building maintenance experience in a residential or commercial building.
General knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, air conditioning, heat and hot water.
Preferred Qualifications
Commercial building maintenance experience.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Salary range:
$64,350.00 – $68,000.00
annually. Actual salaries depend on experience, education, and hospital need. The range does not include bonuses, incentive pay, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
