Sales Representative - Inside, Rental

Hours: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday–Friday, some Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with sales and rental equipment needs.
Enter all rental contracts, billing statements and invoices.
Order supplies and parts, sell supply/parts items and restock them.
Answer calls and questions from customers.
Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
Load and unload equipment when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2 years of previous construction equipment experience.
General knowledge of construction equipment.
Self‑starter with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook; knowledge of DBS preferred.
Good organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well organized and able to meet challenging deadlines.
Previous customer service experience.
Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.
Ability to lift 75 lbs safely.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; Motor Vehicle will be performed on final candidate.

Payrate:
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
Position works in an office and warehouse environment. Will often sit at a desk for long periods, answer telephone calls and use a keyboard for communication. Will also be out in the warehouse to pick or restock inventory. Walking, climbing, squatting, twisting and lifting up to 75 lbs may be required. Noise levels are moderate to low in the office, moderate to high in the warehouse. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Occasional travel is required, 30% travel.
