Position Summary We are seeking a professional and energetic Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of our business.

Location Baton Rouge, LA
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls
Enter orders accurately into the business system
Greet and assist walk‑in customers and visitors
Assess customer needs through consultative selling skills
Prepare sales quotes for customers and outside sales reps
Maintain retail sales display areaCompile and report sales data from the company business system
Develop and maintain product knowledge to meet customer needs
Complete the daily close of sales in the business system
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
A positive and professional disposition with both internal and external customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Solid applied basic math skills
Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in an inside sales or customer service role
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy work environment
Qualifications
3 years of customer service / inside sales experience
Background in the Heavy Equipment Industry is a plus
Strong Mechanical Background/Knowledge
Ability to work in Quickbooks
